What you can expect from your personalised journey

This will begin with a free 30-minute Discovery Consultation Call, where we'll discuss your goals and explore the best path forward.

The Full programme consists of 8 personalised 1:1 sessions, usually completed over 8–10 weeks, either online or in person where possible.

Throughout the programme, you'll learn practical, proven strategies tailored to your needs, helping you create meaningful change that lasts long after the sessions end.

For some people, a single focused session may be the best starting point. During your Discovery Consultation Call, we'll decide together what approach is right for you. 

For example;

  • A 'Just Talking' 1:1 Session specifically using my own experiences living and managing with chronic pain day to day with Fibromyalgia. Together we will look into the anxiety, emotional and psychological stress aspects associated with this and the negative thought patterns and behaviours that dictate your responses on a daily basis.
