The Anxiety Breakthrough Formula Programme Fees

1. The Full 8-session Programme includes:

  • A Free no obligation 30-minute Discovery Consultation Call 

  • Followed by 8 x 1:1 sessions online (via Zoom or similar) or in-person. Usually the Programme would be 8-10 weeks. Each session would be up to 60 minutes

  • A free Check-in session 2-3 months later.
  • ​Total Programme Fees - TBD - appointments are available across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
  • A Pay-As-You-Go Installment option can be arranged. Terms available upon request.

2. Individual custom-specific sessions

  • A Free no obligation 30-minute Discovery Consultation Call
  • Topic(s), structure, to be determined upon requirements
  • Fees from £65 per hourly session
  • Mental health and Neurodiversity guidance and support within grassroots football - for individuals, Coaches, Parents and across clubs where needed - fees provided upon request

3. 1:1 'Just Talking' sessions

Based on My personal experiences of living and managing life with Fibromyalgia and Polymyalgia. This includes space for deep emotional support, coping strategies, and physical/emotional integration work.

  • Offering 2 separate sessions each approx 1 Hour in length
  • Total Fees £120 for the 2 sessions

* For small businesses, companies/organisations, support will be tailored according to requirements.
