๐ŸŒฟ The ‘Science’ of Overcoming Anxiety – Part 3

๐Ÿ” Identify Your Anxiety Triggers

Anxiety can feel like it comes out of nowhere — but it’s usually triggered by:

โœ”๏ธ Situations (e.g., public speaking, social events, uncertainty)
โœ”๏ธ Thoughts (“What if I fail?” “What if they judge me?”)
โœ”๏ธ Memories (past painful or negative experiences)

๐Ÿ““ Try this: Start a simple Anxiety Journal for just 1 week or 2
๐Ÿ’ก Use the Notes app on your phone — no fancy tools needed!

Each time you feel anxious, jot down:

โœ”๏ธ What triggered it? (Was it a situation, thought, or memory?)
โœ”๏ธ How did your body react? (Heart rate, breathing, tension?)
โœ”๏ธ What did you do next? (Avoid, overthink, distract?)

Tracking your patterns helps make the ‘invisible’... visible. And that’s powerful
